Yesterday I wrote in celebration of AA and Tai Chi. Both hold a special place in my heart and in my social realm.

My friend Jerry Hudson, wearing the white vest, wrote to remind me of the LARB&B. He said, “The larb&b bites the dust.” The LARB&B was a tight knit group of friends — I was the social secretary!

I smiled as I remembered those days, they weren’t all bad!
