It was a dark and stormy night. The rains have come and the days are getting shorter.

I’m feeling a bit blue and quite cranky.

No particular reason — except… the auto correct feature just came up with season, instead of reason when I was typing.

I realize I do not have my Ott Lamp out!

For years, I sat under the full spectrum lamp each morning. Twenty minutes under the light each morning made all the difference.  But, my routine is different here. The lamp is in another room.

I forgot how much I am affected by the changing seasons. I also forgot, how sitting under the full spectrum light each morning helps.

Funny, with all the changes, and ups and downs, this year… I was still looking for a reason for my cruddy mood and I couldn’t put my finger on why I was so blue.

Usually, auto correct is a real pain — but… today, I remembered, the reason is the season!
