Once again I hear the news of a friend diagnosed. Fuck!
I don’t even say, stay strong – or fight the good fight. Now, all I say is FUCK!

A lot of you in our Tai Chi community know Ted, (yeah the guy who always trains with heavy shit balanced on his head, and would only stand on one leg, when he played push hands with you while you did your best, struggling for balance, and laughing the entire time, that Ted).

Please throw some love in the air for Ted, and let’s all tell cancer to just FUCK off!
