Jan Parker and Jim Madras have been playing tai chi and qigong together since 1995. Over the years, they have grown from teacher-student to classmates, friends and peers and have been bouncing internal arts ideas and concepts off each other since they met.

About the CDs…
We found after every class we teach, someone inevitably asks us for resources they can use to continue their study. It is in that spirit that we created the JanJimJam CD notebook projects. The only software you need to view the CD contents is a fairly current web browser. Open the file “index.html” in your web browser (or “home.html” on the Push Hands CD). Once it is loaded, you use the browser to navigate to all of the included material.
The CDs have been tested in the following browsers on the PC:
- FireFox 2
- Opera
- Internet Explorer 6
- Internet Explorer 7
and in the following browsers on the Mac:
- FireFox 2
- Safari 2
Your feedback is valuable to us, please send us your comments, thoughts and experiences. You can email Jan (Jan@JanParkerArts.com) or email Jim (Jim@NaturalArtsCenter.net).

Many thanks…
We would like to thank a few people who are absolutely instrumental in producing JanJimJam products:
First off, our partners Ken Parker and heather gardner-madras. Ken for his wonderful work with the camera, patience with our re-shoots and giggling fits. And heather for her wonderful html work, without which this would be just a folder full of video files. She also had to put up with a lot of Jim’s questionable language and stomping around during the video “editing” process.
And of course, none of this would have been possible without all of the hard work and patience of our teacher, Sam Masich. Without Sam’s generosity of knowledge and spirit, his diligent research, study and experimentation both with the material and teaching it, we’re sure we would be turning mindless circles in the park or randomly trying to push each other over rather than digging into this life changing process. With that in mind, we will donate a percentage of any profits from these CDs to a “Sam Library Fund”, because we feel that any help with the research Sam does will benefit the entire Internal Arts community. Thanks, Sam!
We’d also like to thank Sam for the JanJimJam drawing (that we’re using as a logo).
